now only u know i'm sucha SWEEEEET angel arrr? aiyo.
my aunt is from phillippines (until now i'm still confused of how many 'l's and 'p's and whether it has 's'!). i have never heard her listen to any tagalog songs before (maybe she doesn't have the CD) and so i purposely downloaded some tagalog songs, english songs sang by phillippines artists (lea salonga is one of them) and BURNT her a CD. ah...a surprise gift for her ;) remember 'dahil sayo' (bbkk played that in 'asian selection')? what a lovely song. i got an acapella version of it, whoaaaa...made me so sebak. although i don't understand tagalog, but i KNOW music - the melody made me so sebak.
dahil sayo! learnt that during my short stint in RC! even tho' dunno the meaning, but it's nice to feel the words roll around ur tongue. nice!

'roll around your tongue'? *raises eyebrow* ;) mmm...nice. yeah, haha! hey, do u know what it means? dahil sayo and the whole song.
dunno wor...

dahil sayo means 'because of you'. my aunt told me. she called me, in tears today! after hearing it, in the compilation CD i made her. gee...i (successfully) moved her to tears with my 'cheap' CD! even a bmw convertible didn't make her cry! ;)
whoa! so u see, not everything can be bought with money. what's important is the heart!
